Celebrate With Me And 1.OD

We fired up www.OneOutdoors.co.uk on May 19th 2006 after six months of coding, designing, and photographing and since then we've had two kids, busy times, fun times, moved premises, hired some great people in our team and built some great online friendships with our customers. It has been a fantastically exciting two years, but far from a walk in the park...

Setting up your own internet retail business is so far from 'easy' it's almost unreal, as a few other OM'ers will tell you as well. It really is very hard going indeed but the rewards are huge in terms of satisfaction and the sense of community between you and your customers.

Getting accounts with the best technical brands is not impossible but very difficult as many brands seem to be very much against e-tailers but we have had great support from some of the best brands out there and their continued backing makes us very happy indeed.

Many OM'ers have tasted the delights of the OneOutdoors cake and come back time and time again for more, and we get so many "Thank You's" that we thought this was a perfect time to give something back...
