Product Manager

A rare opportunity to join a leading brand of outdoor clothing, Páramo requires a Product manager to help drive the brand forward.

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Outdoors sector and a strong knowledge or participation in Outdoor activities.

You will be able to demonstrate strong product management and have a commercial background in outdoor apparel or sporting goods equipment.

You will be responsible for leading and motivating a small team of designers, and for coordinating and managing all design and development critical paths.

You will define and develop products through technical innovation, consumer insights and trend and life cycle analysis, for final presentations.

There will be a close working relationship with the buyers and Sales and Marketing team to ensure the correct products get to market on time.
