TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION: South of England and
Wales
Páramo, one of the UK’s fastest growing technical outdoor
clothing brands needs to recruit a professional salesperson to expand
and develop our UK Sales.
The Role:
Responsibility for the development and service of our southern region
retail network through the sales and promotion of our unique
Directional Clothing System.
This will include:
• Regular, structured sales and training presentations to retail staff
and decision makers.
• Gaining and managing both forward and ‘in season’ orders.
• Territory management.
• Presenting territory performance and strategies to the
Páramo community.
• Being the public face of Páramo at both trade and consumer
events.
In addition, you will create and implement new marketing and sales
initiatives in order to communicate the benefits of our unique garment
range and promote a greater retail and consumer understanding of our
brand.
You will regularly visit some of the UK’s leading outdoor retailers
across England and Wales, whilst co-ordinating the resources of the
supporting Head Office team - to achieve the desired sales revenue from
our UK retail customers.
The successful candidate
will ideally be:-
• An experienced sales performer, preferably in the outdoor industry.
• Computer literate.
• An achiever with a proven track record of success.
• Able to communicate confidently at all levels.
• Energetic with outdoor interests.
• Self driven and committed.
• Have a passion for what we are doing at Páramo.
