Berghaus Mera Peak Jacket from 2009 in near mint condition, with a few blemishes on the elbow pads. Fantastic jacket, absolutely bombproof and has served me well in many a storm! Only selling because I got a swanky Mountain Equipment Jacket for xmas and so it's just taking up space that new gear needs to fill! Price £70 (originally £200) because I really need to sell

Thank you John. Can you tell me how the size comes up? Is it a small xl or big if you see what I mean. I tried on the latest Mera peak and the large felt a little restrictive with a heavy fleece underneath and there is no way I ciuld get my Down Gilet on under the large hence looking at the XL.

I am normally a size large in berghaus but like yourself I wanted to put a down jacket underneath for my trip to slovenia, so I got the XL. It was still too big with a down jacket underneath so I would say the fit is rather generous. It has 2 drawcord systems: one around the bottom of the jacket and one that comes just above the hip and under the chest so you can tailor this jacket to your needs very well!
