I would say the condition is excellent - no marks, stains, tears, holes or smells and the loft is good. It has been stored uncompressed. It comes with it's original stuff sac plus a larger mesh bag for loose storage.
I bought this 2nd hand for my 'chubby hubby'. However he is too chubby and has never used it. It would suit a tall 'not chubby' person.
The previous owner said he had only used for about 2 weeks and had stored it loose. I would agree with this as the bag is in very good condition.
