Not sure of the exact length but I am 6'3" and it is a good fit on me, if you are taller you may consider getting a long bag.
The bag is mummy cut to reduce weight and minimise cold spots. I have a 41/2" chest with broad shoulders and have never found it restrictive across the chest or shoulders whatsoever but it is not exceptionally roomy.
FWIW the down is better quality than Rab's newer models which are US800+
