In the Outdoor Shop sale they are doing the Mountain Equipment Microfleece for less than £20.00.  Its Polartec 100 micro material and at £20 is great value for Money. Just click on the Shopping Partners Link "The Outdoor Shop".  The Craghoppers website also have lightweight fleece in their sale at the moment when I last looked the other day they were from £9 upwards.

Get thee to the TK Maxx Watch thread.  Or your local TKM.  Or Decathlon.  Or look at the online shops.

As mick dray says, no need to spend £65.

Hi CP,

I agree, TKM is brilliant, but it does't have what i would really like, ideal for casual fleece's but otherwise....

I don't believe decathlon sell over the net, and online shops are good, but i'm not 100% sure on sizing etc... (which also can be a problem buyig secod hand i kow)

But the theory is, i might be able to get a nice technical fleece second hand, at a lower price than brand new ! We'll see......

I've already some kind offers via pm, but i'm still looking !

Okay.  I'll leave you to work out what it is you're looking for.

Not kidding. But if you are not after anything fancy then ckeck out Primark. They do a handy fleece a bit heavier than micro with nice zip neck and drawcord hem with drop tail.£4.

If you don't like it, not a lot lost.

except something more for landfill. In the world of rubbish it's called the Primark effect, cheaply bought clothes are just worn a couple of times then thrown away. It's increasing the stuff for landfill by a lot.

True that

No.I plan to keep mine and pass it on to my grandchildren along with my expensive stuff.None of mine will ever make it to landfill.

I am sure you are the same Mick.

Or can we pass it all to Patagonia for recycling.
