Are 'Buffs' any good?

Buff was actually the result of a commercial printing error, which should have read "DUFF"

Mind you we all have a right to wear what we like and that even goes for the Lace crotchless knicker wearing wild camping in green tents brigade. ;0)

Buffs are colourful.

The Buff I'm wearing -> has a map of Venus on it.
Handy if you lose your map when walking there.

whats wrong with wearing crotchless knickers?!!
"whats wrong with wearing crotchless knickers?!!"
They leave a sunburned stripe across your napper.

The "buff slaying vampire" has spies you know, just wait for the revolution, I'm telling you - you are all marked OMers!

Isn't that an oversized buff flying above your head though, Tony?

;-)

(my only buff looks remarkably similar!)

Buffs are great. I have a normal one and a polar buff. My normal one got me through a warm New York marathon.

Actually, my Grandfather wore the predecessor of the modern Buff, the knotted handkerchief and he probably looked just as daft!

Pssssst, please don't tell Darren, but I do have one which I have to say I ONLY use for a practical purpose, I use it to BUFF the shiny tank on my motorcycle, hence the name buff!

;))))

(I MIGHT also wear one around the neck under my leathers, but please note Darren it is NEVER in view to the general public)

What's this thing called a Buff??
If you refused one would it be known as a re-BUFF?

Nowt wrong with green tents either - I have 2 green, 1 brown, 1 grey, 1 maroon & 1 yellow - guess which one I avoid taking wild camping (bar the once to give it a testing)

What's this thing called a Buff??

Its a bit of old rag, tarted up, repackaged and sold to a bunch of mugs at highly inflated prices.

Thumbs up from me, too. Serious neck injury that ended my rugby career years ago means I often suffer a stiff and painful neck. Buff helps!

Do what Paddy did: book an expensive trip to Spain and buy one cheap! :)))

Rumbled!

Obviously - I didn't think through the cost implications of doing it that way!

"BUFFS" are a gift from the gods.
When wearing one I am bullit proof although I can't fly.

Yet;-)
I went back to a buff on last weekend's hike.

And wore my new BPC one around town last night (in a Hairy Biker moment...except I don't have a bike, so lost something in the Hairy Avensis moment).
