13th November 2007 Lake District -- Southern Area This short walk was done as an afterthought. I returned to Stavely from the previous walk and it was only about 12:30. After having a sandwich from a local shop I decided to nip up Reston Scar which overlooks the village. Only of small stature it still offers gorgeous views on a fine clear day. Sorry about the lack of walking over the past week, after the last walk I started to get a lot of pain in my right foot on the top of the bridge. Went to A&E for X-Rays which revealed that nothings broken. They say it's probably a bad bout of tendinitis and to rest it up. It's very frustrating but can't do much about it.
