Tony, do you fancy Dynamic rock this weekend?

Sorry Jules, already committed to long caving trip!

Maybe next time with enough notice!

What about a mid week evening at llangors some time soon? Or Sport climbing near Merther?

Then 19 and 20th July tides will be good for 3 cliffs again, maybe the weather will be aswel.

Sounds plausable, will have a look to see what can be arranged!

(I am away on a course mid July though, so will have to have a serious think)

OK who wants to go to Dynamic rock and if so what day?

Sunday is better for me but I can do either.

I'd rather save my days out for the outside and wait for a dry day to come.  Sorry.

The other half has to work all weekend so I cannot make either day

Hi Jules,Either day is fine by me,nothing else planned for this weekend,so just need to decide which day and time.

I think I'm ok for Three Cliffs on the 19th/20th July.  Need to get some rock shoes though

OK Steve, Sunday at 12?

Trek, helmet and harness most important. You can get up the easyer stuff in botts but I think there is still a sale on at Field and Treck in Swansea.

What I really want to know is why is it so sunny this morning after giving us this horrid forecast? If it stays like this now we have changed plannes I will be cross.

Sunday at 12 it is then.

Yeah, the weather down here in carmarthenshire is sunnyish this morning, but with quite a bit of wind...looks like it might rain later though.

Have you been up to craig y pal near glais? apparently theres a few bolted routes on the crag there, might be worth a look sometime.

Anyway, see you at dynamic rock tomorrow.

cheers.

ps there is still a sale on at field and trek, lots of climbing stuff at discounted prices, everything from rock shoes to quickdraws.Black diamond half dome helmets for 30 quid...much cheapness!

I think we were proved right on the weather after all.

You aint kidding Batgirl!

Speaking of Bats, I have even had to change our route for caving tomorrow, we were doing the OFD 1 streamway but that is a definate no no after today's downpour!

We were trying to go car shopping but it was too wet even to wonder round car lots looking at cars never mind climbing.

Tony, you dont fancy cave diving then?

Now cave diving is something I always wanted to do BUT my dive partners never fancied it.

Sold all my gear now though

Hey Jules, I am a caver with one screw loose, not a cave diver miinus a full set!
BTW Alan, I hope that is not you in your avatar photo, you wouldn't get yourself though some of the gaps that we will be passing through tomorrow, let alone with air cylinders.

Steve, where abouts on the internet did you find the crag near Glais as it is not listed on UKClimbing website?

Trying to find out what the grades are?
