As regular readers of the Bennachie thread will know Metric Kate is desperate to lose her Munro virginity!  So with that objective in mind we are planning a meet which will be held in Kinlochleven over the weekend of Fri 8th - Mon 11th August.

Usual plan i.e. there aren't any!  Seriously though, for anyone who hasn't been on an OM meet before, it's just a case of arranging your own accommodation (various options available eg Blackwater Hostel & Campsite,  MacDonald Hotel Cabins & Campsite,  various B&Bs).  Then meet in the pub in the evening, arrange walks (or walk solo if you prefer).  Meet in pub the next night, arrange walks...OK I'm sure you get the idea

So if you're interested, even just as a maybe, just post below.  Closer the time we'll put up another thread for folk to confirm they're coming.

I'll be in envy of you all.  Haven't been to Scotland for two years now.

But there is light in the corner, I'm coming up next year.  Holiday booked

Campsites and the like are my sworn enemy as you know, so I'll be sleeping on a mountain.
