I get the feeling you're a bit excited about this trip, Mike What? Do you mean the prospect of meeting some unknown lass in Brixton, and driving all the way up to the Lakes by her at a bazillion miles per hour (if the rumours are true). Then meeting a load of other unknown people, getting drunk in a pub, camping, getting up and walking up pointy things in the cold and the wet. Camping again but this time on top of a pointy thing. Waking up again and wandering around until its time to be driven back down to London (faster this time coz it's 'downhill'), hopping on the Tube then the train and getting home tired and exhaused? What's not to like?

Titanium, right? Cast iron, mate. Real men's camping gear!
Do you mean the prospect of meeting some unknown lass in Brixton I believe she is quite well known ....

Ok. I'm trial packing at the moment. There has been a bit of new kit bought since the last camp! I don't need gaters for the Lakes do I? Please say no...... When I see everything I think I need on the floor it gets scary!
Gaiters? I understood the Lakes was under water this weekend. I'm taking mine! (sorry; you could always live with wet feet )
