It was a bit chuffin cold the other day when I was up there and the 30 pissed off squaddies were in agreement

I met some cadets of some sort on the path up from Storey Arms last Friday. They were only about 200m from the road, and turned round and went back!!

I was going from Fan Frynych to Fan Dringarth when they appeared, hands in pockets, bergens on and looking decidedly narked at being in the freezin fog. They must have come up from the roman road at the bottom of Craig cwm-du and appeared to be heading towards Craig Cerrig gleisiad

Mole - be advised that the A4067 is still blocked at Pen y Cae after a landslip, so if you're going over to the western Beacons from Llanthony, probably best to take the Sennybridge road - A40, and go on on the 4067 from the north.

Tooooo quiet,

I might me changing job soon, again And I have just seen my mobile bill, I had stayed well within my limit on everything but then saw one call to an agency on an 0845 number that cost me £20

On a positive note I am still content with the memories of the Lakes the other week and I still have some cheese left from the camping barn in Murt.

Horrible people to work for, clients have a really negative view of the company that will take years to turn round if it can be done at all.Loads of people are off with stress and the general moral is terrible amongst all areas of staff.Plus the two managers above me are like cartoon characters forever threatening people with the sack without any reason, it's a bit of a poor show in this day and age.

Plus I have been there five months now, only just got my expenses paid and I'm still waiting to get paid for my overtime

I'm not arsed, only for the upheaval of meeting new people and starting over again, but hey ho.

How's your 'dream' job going ?

Ah ah...Another exploited worker!

Settled in a routine at work, some hilarious delusions by management about introducing more automation in my job (thus getting rid of staff obviously...). They are a long, long way from it. Can't be bothered changing, pay is decent, working hours good and plenty flexible to accomodate time off when needed...

For fucks sake don't jack it in then, jobs like that are few and far between.

Been quite lucky, the last 4 years my jobs have been very flexible on that aspect...
