 Just got a pair of Merrell Jam shoe/trainers from TK Max, £29 but they only have them in UK size 8.5. Ok for me

Quite a few Sprayway samples around at the moment, including some Gore-tex PS jackets for £50. Also some W's Activity pants, in a Schoeller DSE-alike fabric. Very stretchy with double knees. I also saw a Nike Golf XCR jacket on Saturday for £17. When I went back to take a further look, and possibly buy it, it had gone... Blast.

Visited Stafford Branch today bought pair of Sprayway Tacoma Pants (Black) made of stretch material (62% Nylon/30% Bamboo/8% Spandex). "Swing Tag" claims material is wicking, easy care and upf 30+. As Captain Paranoia states above appears to be sample as "swatch" of three colours of material also attached to garment.

 A quick update from York (and to keep the thread current! TK Maxx watch seems to be slowing down...) Craghopper Trousers x 100s from about £12. Reading Some amazing 'LaCrosse' Canadian boots. Rated down to -100F. Yes, -100 Fahrenheit! About 2" of thick felt in the bottom, with a removable inner boot and rubber outer & sole, and nylon upper. All this for a mere £35, rrp £170. So, if you're being posted to the British Antarctic Survey, and have size 11 or 12 feet, get down to TKM! More prosaically, there are a number of Sigg bottles at about half price; 0.6l, 1l, 1.5l

 Today i paid £5 for a Patagonia cotton T Shirt (rrp £25) - plain beigey colour with nice simple chest logo - at TKMaxx Runcorn. Was in too much of a rush to see if there were more.

 Spotted a couple of Montane Prisms in Glasgow Silverburn store (blue and grey) but both in XXL for £29.99. Also seen a Montane Dynamo for £24.99 but dont bother looking for that cos it's now hanging in my wardrobe.

 Found this thread when I was looking for a review of a Karrimor jacket the other day. Thankfully I didn't buy it!
Just got back from Slough TK Maxx where I picked up a Merrell Universal Jacket in Clay for £80. 3-Layer Gore-tex Pro, RRP £280. They have lots of decent Merrell and Craghoppers Men's jackets in as well as trousers (£18 for the latter) but very little in the Women's section - no new jacket for my g/f today.

This morning in TK Maxx Dundee:- Marmot PreCip Jackets (Yellow and Black) - Size small £29.99 Marmot Gravity Soft shell Jacket (Red and Grey) - Size Medium £29.99 Some Patagonia jackets, Label states £269 -> £69 Insulated skiing type ones. Lots of craghoppers and merrell stuff. Also for the ladies, UGG insulated boots in the shoe section.
