Poundland have been selling these for a while.

I have made two pouch cosys ( to fit the Pour & Store bags from Sainsburys ) and they work really well. I joined the edges with Duck Tape.

Worth trying out for a pound.

OK! The online Field and Trek store finally do have that Trangia burner converter unit down to £25.00in the equipment sale section there. Don't forget to use the free postage code above to get free postage and packing too though!

Edit - For 'above' here please now read 'below'.

'Plus a free postage offer at Field and Trek using code FREESHIP for the next two weeks only...to get everyone ordering again!' - Wrote myself.

My mistake folks, I never did put this info onto the bargains thread here, but did in fact only put it into the other 'Field and Trek' thread instead. Sorry! It is still valid as a code there though for this week more I think. I just used it today just now anyway, and it worked for me ok.

Thanks Trev - I used it this morning! Unfortunately previous discount code you highlighted for 10% discount  is no longer valid (you managed to save me £10 though whilst it was valid - thank you!).

ALS, good find and a cracking jacket.  Mike fae Dundee previously gave me this link Sliver Haglofs LIM Jacket , appears to be some left in the older silver colour in L and XL at less than £88 all in.  I have one and am really pleased with it.

http://www.1outdoors.co.uk/Yes, and they still offer free UK postage and packing too, which is rather nice.

I have to admit though, looking just now at the site, that I could not locate an actual special demarcated sale area, which would have been rather useful and good there to make finding sale items easier. You have to just look through I think, to search out possible sale items as you go it seems to be.

Got a link?

I do not know if that last free postage code given out here for Field and Trek is still valid. Whether or not it is there are still some very good bargains new there right now in the stoves section. Pocket Rocket down to just twenty quid again. And some very good Trangia unit deals too, still including the gas converter unit at twenty five quid only.http://www.fieldandtrek.com/find.asp

Lucky or wot?

Finally made the plunge and got an Akto! From Field and Trek - a sale item!

Ordered Monday and arrived Tuesday - £250 with free p&p.

Looked again on Tuesday afternoon and the price was £299.........................

Only had it up in the garden - already impressed. A few mins and a bit of fine adjusting and it's up like a dream.
