I believe F&T are stocking the freeloader cheaply at the moment in Kendal shop. Not sure what model or any other details just remember spotting it and not being interested didn't remember the details.

Lidl have some sports clothing in store as from next Monday including some seam free underwear (briefs and boxers) in Coolmax £2.99 a pair. May be worth a look.

Anzac Biscuits are 1/2 price at Morrisons. Great australian biscuits for trips away being tough and oaty so won't crumble in your pack, suitably unhealthy for energy etc. Carefully trialled by me on the recent Black Sail meet. The fact 4% of sales goes to Royal British Legion is a bonus too.

Some cheap tents on the Field & Trek site again. e.g. Laser Comp £160, Nallo 2 £300, Voyager superlite £210, Quasar £260, Super Quasar £320 etc.

Twiglegs, what size are you? I ask because Edge of the World sell the Cyclone for £65, but only in small. http://www.edgeoftheworld.co.uk/product/3206/Sprayway_Cyclone_Jkt_GTX
I got a size medium from there back in December, when they still had other sizes.

Lots of Golite 2009 stuff going for half price at Outdoor Warehouse, but be quick they seem to be selling out fast!

Thanks for posting. It has solved my dilemma with the PHD sale. I have now just ordered a long ultra-light quilt for down to 20F or -7C. Thanks for that Danonthehill. Good spot. I got the last long one too. Just cut down pack weight by another 600g or so. Its a good make too I think. Anyone got any experience of their sleeping bags and quilts? I've just saved myself £45.43 by getting this instead of a PHD Minim300 in long! Or is that £100 saving I made with the golite offer. Either way its like I've just earnt something extra tax free.

Cool TTG, look forward to your views on it. I went the other way and got the Adrenaline 0, looked at them a load of times when they were £300, then again when they were £250, at £150 I had to go for it.

Good to hear you guys got some good stuff! Both bargains! I wish I had the cash and I could have bought something. That quilt would have been at the top of my list!

Stopped me getting the PHD Minim300 for £49 more. A £200 bag for £100! I would have been a fool not to. Especially since it is only 775g and an XL bag too! Well its due Wednesday so guess where I'll be sleeping that night? In the sleeping bag somewhere to try it out. Reckon I might go out wildcamping at the weekend. Let's hope its nice weather. Good buy with the proper sleeping bag. I'm hoping I have made a good choice with the quilt. I don't know anyone who has one so still unsure of it. My tarp was similar but the first time I used it I was happy with it.
