 Quiet day here too nursing TBW!  Can report that the patient is responding slowly to treatment but she's still a bit sore. Anyway I managed to watch THE Match of The Day via a streaming internet link  I do believe we are 3rd in the Premiership!

 LOL Jamie - it was certainly agonising listening to AT from my sick bed(sofa) whilst he was watching the match. Good job we don't have Sky TV as his blood pressure would just get unmanagable A combination of ibprofen gel, hot water bottle and very small amount of dihyracodeine has ment my back/shoulder is feeling a bit better. I just wish the muscle would stop spasming Now where's AT with my dinner
