a'boot - she's too sensible to wear cotton - she knows they don't dry quickly and you can get a little chill somewhere -----

can't get these red and black undies out of my mind

Remember the photo too and made a brief comment, shortly afterwards Oot transformed, can't think why?

As a responsible mature woman with Flaff's best interests in mind, I'd like to offer my services as chaperone on a date to be announced at The Three Chimneys. Happy to have a table in a quiet corner Oot, assuming you are paying of course. Will keep a discrete but watchful eye on proceedings to ensure that you behave with suitable decorum at all times. Flaff, I should have your crinoline ready in time, we can work out a code should you require assistance, or just blow your whistle.

And if Lindsay can be persuaded to stop thinking of red and black undies, perhaps he would like to join me and discuss what really happened in Sikkim.

Sorted:-)

sorry can't divulge that information as my mind is pre-occupied with the picture of flaff in her red and black undies walking up and down the wine aisle at Tescos.

So now who's the one with the lingerie fetish Lindsay? :))

You're right about the cotton. So lets see.... big, super-wicking, polyester granny pants are the answer. No girls, just because Hugh Grant likes them doesn't mean to say we all do!

Elaine, decorum is my middle name ;) What? I've got to pay for you *and* Flaff? This is turning out to be a very expensive date indeed. Would a bowl of chips and a pint be okay? :) I am after all just a humble IT bloke. But, I could make that a better offer if you promise to turn a blind eye towards the end of the evening :))

Betray the trust of a fellow female? and someone who takes my sewing seriously and is supporting my new venture, in fact I may have my first order, how could I stoop so low?

Was that a bowl of chips and two pints?

Yes, I think you're onto something big there Elaine. After your range is complete you could get Judy Armstrong(?) to do a review of them for tgo :))

Three pints if it'll help any!

LOL Flattery and beer, you've sussed me out completely.

I think a curry and beer works better than chips and beer....well, it did on me, ask my husband!

Forsooth- it's true then, Lindsay is a cross dresser and lingerie fetishist! I don't like the colours he's thinking of at all! Not at all me. As to my comfort, who says sense came into it?

Elaine, I am most glad of your offer assistance. I will have my trusty whistle with me of course!

Curry and Beer has worked for me in the past too Jan. Mind you, I didn't think it was a date....

....now you come to mention, neither did I!

Those are the best dates- no pressure, just a good evening out in pleasant company.

I dunno. Another day of trying and Flaff remains elusive as ever <sigh>.

I think I'll give up now. I can't take the pain anymore :)

Lindsay, she's all yours mate. Good luck! You'll need it! :))))

Btw Flaff, I wouldn't count on yer mate Elaine too much :) After three posts or so she was caving in to the chips and beer idea! A couple more posts and I would've had her on my side :) A point she'll flatly deny of course :))))

Is everyone in here single but me?
Show/hide user stats
a'boot - thanks for giving me flaff - the problem is she is looking for "pleasant company" along with curry and beer - how much will that cost me? I can't afford the £200 you were prepared to pay.

Do you think a freebe to one of her unclimbed Munros would do the trick and I could save on the curry and beer?

Enjoy your trip to Glencoe - I'll miss your support on these threads next week.

A freebie to an unclimbed Munro might work Lindsay. I offered to take her to the lairig ghru but she didn't take me up on it. Maybe if you suggest a Munro somewhere more romantic than the Cairngorms she'll cave in :) Mind you, if she does, I'll be totally jealous! :)))

She doesn't really strike me as the money grabbing type, despite her claims earlier on with £200 not being enough. Coz it's you, she might let you off a bit.

Don't forget, you're probably going to have to get past Elaine's defences as well. But that's easy.... just bribe her! :)))))

I'm sure you'll be able to stand up to these two girlies no problem :)

The weather looks fine for Glencoe. All me stuff's looked out. Got all my food last night. Just need to pack the car tomorrow morning then I'm off!

Excuse me- since when was I yours to sell, give away or barter????? Tut, tut. Aye but you're fickle, Oot. Just when I thought you were looking interesting too(The 3 Chimneys, I mean to say). You'll get nowhere if you think you can just give me away!

Just a shame I can't go to Glen Coe this weekend. <sniff>. I would have liked that. Ah well, maybe next time.

Come the end of the month, and thus the end of term, maybe I can get away a bit more often.

Well Oot you may not have blown it with Flaff entirely, I still sense a glimmer of hope. But I am mighty offended.

So I’m corrupt now am I?

Thought I’d betray the sisterhood for a few pints and a bowl of chips?

I’ll have you know I’d have held out for 5 pints and a haggis supper and I’d have still listened out for Flaff’s whistle:-))

I doubt that Lindsay’s sticking around next week either. Just applied for his new E111 certificate. Sounds like he’s getting everything in place for a quick getaway when the story breaks on Sunday:-))

It's alright Elaine, I know you're not corrupt. But, Wow! 5 pints, a haggis supper and still able to come to my rescue! I'd have to stop at pint number 3- but then I'm a lightweight! (The haggis supper would still be game on though!).:o)

Oot, you'd better make an apology or 2 quick, or you could be in big trouble!!!!! I don't know, you think I'm a giveaway, and that Elaine's corrupt. Ooh big trouble! :o)))

So, the truth of Lindsay's fetishes will be revealed on sunday then. Better get my order in at the newsagents!;o)

Ahhh.... but how do you know I wasn't just calling your bluff, young Flaff? :)

Might've even worked too ;)

Elaine, I'm very sorry about the things I said about you. It broke my heart while I was writing them. But it was all part of evil master plan to lure the defensless maiden into my web <muhahahaha!> :)

If I ever do get out on a walk/date with Flaff, you are more than welcome to chaperone us :)

Final offer: 8 pints, a haggis supper and a pickled onion!

What you don't know is... I'll find out where flaff keeps her whistle and steal the pea out of it :) Means I'll have to rumage around under all that crinolene <sp?> to find the secret whistle pocket. Now that could be fun! :) Oh wait, she'll have her super-wicking granny pants on. Maybe not.... lol

Whispers to Flaff.

Hah! Oot thinks he's so smart. Evil master plan indeed.

You are right Flaff, three pints is perfectly adequate and you're welcome to a share of the haggis supper if all you're getting is noodles. The other two pints are for the reserve force, carefully concealed beneath my skirt, both with hat pins at the ready. One to take care of Oot and the other incase Lindsay is lurking in the background.
