Cheers
Dave

I *think* mine are about a metre of cord, 6mm width. Used with 9.6mm ropes.

(bear in mind the width of the prusiks depends in part on the ropes you use)
Cheers C that gives some idea of What I'm looking for!

TBH Dave, I didn't know, so I asked the guy in the shop when I bought my rope. I'm sure that somewhere online there'll be a definitive answer, but I just went with a recommendation :)

Dave we were always advised to have one longer than the other, the top one being the slightly longer.

With lengths ar : 1 x 1.5 metre and 1 x 1m (of 6mm)

That's what I've always used and find it fine

Always got a pair of Prussic Loops attached to my harness.

6mm and the length really depends on how long your legs are and personal preference which can only be achieved with a little trial and error !

(obviously your foot loop needs to be longer than your waist/chest one!)

2 loops both 1.25m of cord i use 5mm, works better on skinny rope
for foot loop you can always add a sling
