Another B2 boot question

Hi there,

just picked up a pair of Sportiva Makalus which I think are rated B2. They seem like a really good fit for me (narrow heel), but have spent some time with them on (yet to go out) I am concerned about a slight constriction next to one of my little toes. It's just slightly tighter than I'd like. Does anyone know if this is the sort of issue that I may be able to resolve by getting someone to use one of those rubbing bars? Is it worth trying?

Thanks folks,
mike

Depends where you got them from..I have in the past had boots that squeezed just before the little toe. If they are squezing on the little toe then it sounds like they are too small, if it is on the widest part of the foot then you can get the boot treated and "blown out" at this area. Snow and Rock do this free if they were bought from there, they might do it and charge if you didn't..

Hi All,

I am looking for a La Sportiva Makalu GTX boot, but I cannot find any store in the UK that stocks my size (UK 9.5).

Does anyone know where I can get a pair?

 Thanks,

Pete.
