You'll either love or hate the look

What do people think of these puppies? I quite like the look but would need to see them in the flesh for proper judgement. I think they'll split the opinions here!
Chris - any chance of you trying them to see if they're form over function or worth considering?

Runner's World did a review of these (this month's issue) - rated as good for hardpack/trails but not enough grip for rough stuff. Also a broad last (according to their tester - but remember runners expect tight shoes).

You left too many HTTPs in the link!

Try this one

Ohhhh, lord, no!!!! NOOOO!
We have those in at work and they're actually so bad I had to fight back the vomit the first time we took delivery of them. Also have silvery space shoe coloured ones... Incidentally, and rather unsurprisingly, we haven't sold a single pair yet.
No Thanks!!!

I'll stick with my Newport sandals - nice and waterproof, according to the label...

Being the dull sort, I wouldn't buy them, perhaps if the yellow was blue...

Im a bit split with Keen shoes altogether. They are a bit broad at the toe, and my feet aren't really properly "adult sized" anyway so I think my feet would move in most of their styles. I like the Newport sandals but couldn't get a tight enough fit, I also like the Targhees but we don't stock them at work and im reluctant to pay full price somewhere else. I haven't seen what we're stocking for the summer though, I'll perhaps get a pair.

Oops, sorry about the link, got carried away.
My running shoes soon end up the colour of mud anyway and hopefully if people hate them so much I can get them cheap in the sales in a few months.

Now I like your thinking!

Yeah there a bit plain aint they. Im looking for something that stands out a wee bit more.
Anyway I would never deliberatly put banana skins on my feet as they are so slippery, I do sometimes where a Carribean style fruit basket on my head though.
TBH though its comfort that I go for, as Jules says, they usually end up covered in muck. I would be worried though if someone bought them to try and look cool.
