Hi
I am strongly considering buying this bag at a bargain price of fifty notes- but the length is an issue for me. My current bag is 220 cm and is a little short. This one does not give an overall length, but only a 'person length' at 195cm. How does this compare to an overall 220cm? Does it genuinely mean it will fit a person of 195cm in comfortably? Because I am only 190cm, that sounds ideal.

Can anyone advise me on this issue?

Thanks
Andy

Andrew, I am 168cm high and have that bag. I'm stuck at work atm but if no-one else has posted by then, when I get home I'll hop into it and tell you how much room there is at the bottom.

I'm 6'4" and the -10 version of this fits alright i'm usually comfy in it, its a bit tight at the top on the shoulders tho!

Ok, Andy, I've actually got the 180 cm version of the bag. I'd say it would probably take someone 175 cm, but a 180 cm person might well be right at the end of it. If the 195 is similar, then you might just get away with it at 190 cm. At £50 it's definitely worth a try - and presumably you can always return it if your toes hit the 'no exit' text at the bottom.

And you're very lucky that I'm actually on-line. After a 9 hour day at the office I very nearly stayed in the sleeping bag when I tried the length!

Thanks guys, I really appreciate all that. I will go for it and cross my fingers.

Cheers

One last thing sorry- I am struggling to find any guide as to how small this packs down. I appreciate that it is a large sleeping bag, I just want to be sure it isn't ridiculously so.
Any info would be superb
Cheers

Right, I think that's a drink you owe me Andy if we ever end up meeting! Have just squished my bag into its stuff sack and the smallest I can get it is 38 x 20 cm. But don't forget that's a 180 cm one.

Thanks so much Kate that's very useful info. I appreciate the trouble you have gone to. I have ordered one now, and eagerly await its arrival
