Try Direct Alpine. I'm a 35 inside leg and their couloir pants fit me fine. The Couloir are more for colder climes but they have a range so you should be able to get a pair that fit. Snow and Rock have them in stock but they're the only stockists as far as I know in the UK.
They aren't the cheapest but they do the job brilliantly and are the comfiest I've ever worn.
Happy hunting

I got a pair of mammut trousers from germany ordered in through Joe Browns and DMM in llanberis.

Mammut are great as they often have weird sizes. I'm 32 inch wist 35 inch inside leg- They have a pretty limited range in stock and are hard to get at certain times of year though. Send DMM an email as they are the UK distributor for Mammut. I've got a pair of champ pants and they're great.

Aye, Mammut have so many sizes and combinations available that it's almost a bespoke service.

btw, Ralph above appears to be Direct Alpine in person, check the date on the original post and Ralphs own previous posts.

lol. Aye, it must look like I'm a closet agent. Truth is I came across them in Snow and Rock by chance after throw your toys out of the pram with frustration afternoon of failed trouser buying. They fitted like a glove, the angelic choir and harps started singing in the background, the birds chirruped and I left my credit card sobbing at the cash register..anyway, they've stood a few bashes since without a murmur of complaint...so I'm a convert to the DA cause.

I wore these trousers with extra leg length but unfortunately broke wind and followed through and had to discard them

Ron. Must have been the extra leg length that caused it but it happens to us all, just a lesson learned
