Isostar tablets

You used to be able to get Isostar tablets (that you dissolve in water to make an energy drink) in Boots, but they stopped doing them about a year or so ago. I found them fantastic - tasted good, light to carry as you can just make them up on the spot or in the morning, and most importantly, help me as a diabetic in cases of hypoglycaemia on the mountain!
I've not been able to find them (or anything similar) in the shops - can anyone help?
I've tried the various gels and they're all absolutely disgusting - even iin an emergency I've yet to find one I can actually swallow apart from the apple one from Decathlon that comes in a resealable pouch which is passable. Anything liquid gets absorbed faster so is better, but I don't want to have to lug bottles of Lucozade or big tubs of powder....even enough gel for a week away takes up valuable space and gets expensive.

Di

I put measures of any of the powder drinks such as PSP or HI5 into wee polybags, such that each is enough for 500ml or 1l of water.

Ah good old Wiggle, I never thought to look there. I did have a google but didn't come up with much. I was hoping to find it in the shops somewhere rather than having to get it online, but guess I'll probably have to go with Wiggle.

Yep, polybags with scoops of powder is OK, not as easy as tablets as I find it all a bit of a faff measuring it all out into bags first and then getting it out of the bag into the bottle without spilling it. I could do that when I'm based at home though I guess.

Cheers
Di
