Ah, they were the two places I was going to suggest - I've used The Map Shop loads of times, always good, and Above and Beyond for the first time last week and they also delivered as promised (3 days iirc for several maps and guide books) and at very good prices.

re: service from www.themapshop.co.uk I ordered on Saturday way too late for anything to happen that day, but had an email Monday to confirm order had been processed and was on it's way. Map arrived this morning (Wednesday) nicely wrapped and with a protective plastic wallet. Not bad for 2nd class mail. Thanks to those who suggested this company.
