What on earth is a normal sized 18year old?????

Are you short, tall, medium height, thick-set, athletic build, skinny, short-waisted...etc
;o)

Personally I find MHW's sizing to be spot-on.

MHW is usually pretty close fitting in my experience. Im 18, about 5ft 10, 32 waist, 38 chest- perhaps slightly "stocky"? And wear MHW medium tops which fit like a glove.

Ive got an ME cirrus jacket and ME kinetic grid microfleece both in medium which are altogether a bit baggier and a less athletic fit.

Ben, from your pic you look like a Medium to me...my hubby is a MHW large and he's a 42 chest and 16.5 - 17" collar if that helps.

I'll just get my tape measure out. Oh, I can't seem to get it around your chest. For some reason, it won't go through the screen. How odd...

MHW stuff, in my experience, is sized a little on the small size, whereas BH and ME are sized larger. And the MonkeyMan is cut for a close, 'athletic' fit.

i didnt mean it like that, meant as in to see my build lol

but ohwell

yea its a nice fit and plenty of moving room if climbing, cant wait to test it out this weekend

The medium was skintight on me - but it's nice to see someone making gear with a more athletic cut and thus closer fit. Long sleeves too - fits this monkey man well in large. What a great fleece!

Yes Ben,
MH is small made. MH xl dosent fit me yet mountain equipment large does. See if the place you bought it will change it for you
