I see that the Cotswold's sale includes a Clog Crag Adjustable Harness for £35.

Is it any good? Is it worth me investing. I don't climb much, but I'd like to climb more often and I could do with a harness for higher grade scrambles.

I'd wait till you can get over to Betws and have a look round, try it on etc, at the end of the day, if it's CE marked it'll have passed all the relavent tests, but it depends how it feels when you wear it, put your weight on it etc, plus there's a lot around at similar money, clog stuff is generally good, try the rock bottom place and the Utimate Outdoors shop at the other end of town, both do good deals, the one yoi used on Cloggy came from Rock Bottom for about £28

Rock and Run do DMM Super Alpine ones for £20 pounds...but I agree with Dave that really you need to try one on first.
The alpine style ones are very adjustable to fit over winter gear but in summer they won't be comfortable...you need to take along the sort of gear you'll be wearing for climbing and sit in it, suspended.

The ones Bob and I have are padded and anatomically shaped with mesh for breatheability - but we use them mainly in summer and on walls.

Thnaks chaps, I wasn't after buying online, rather just browsing for the next time I'm over that way.

Cheers for the info, and I'll bear it in mind should I actually go out and buy a harness.
