You need to get out a bit more - perhaps go for a long walk and freshen up! ;0)

I use my Buff for keeping the lugs out of my hair on windy hill days.

I use it under my climbing helmet to stop my hair getting sweaty ( yes they even wick the sweat through my hair) and cos its more comfy.

It can be a balaclava or cowl or hat or a neck warmer on cold days.

It keeps the sun off the bit of my scalp that does show where my hair parting is ( not easy to put sun screen on that little bit)

I use it to keep the midges out of my mouth when cycling.

I use it wet round my head, neck and wrists on baking hot days.

I have even used it on two occasions as a preasure bandage for a small head wound, stopped the bleeding nicley it did.

Its so streachy and wickable it cant ever be compared to cotton that had none of those properties. I have looked at the cheaper ones but they dont seam as well made.

You can even wear it as a mini skirt.

All this for £12

I was going to ask if you are still wearing it as a skirt when you are "clubbing" Jules?

Listen Diddy , the only reason I have Dory as my pic is because a so called friend of mine who thinks I have the same personality as her changed my photo after I accidentaly left myself logged in to OM on his computer and as soon as I can be bothered I will change it.

And then I have to plot my revenge ;-))

I do love that film though, one of my favorites.

So your back then Darren. Wondered how long it would take, so have you moved to the ways of the buff in your absence?

Sorry Paul - now that I have four of them - I'm collecting even more. The way I look at it, they're tubular and stretchy, and it should be possible to clothe my entire body in them in due course. I'm not sure how many I still need, since there's the problem of having good overlaps in certain areas so that gaps don't open when flexed!

As three out of four of my Buffs were free, I'm inclined to keep a lookout for more free ones, so it could take a while.

Fair play Paddy,

Perhaps you could do a charity clothes collection and see if you get some discarded ones from the uninitiati.
