Hi!
If you want bladder/container, you can try one of Source Widepac:
http://www.source-vagabond.com/a-hsystems7.html
It's a hydration system with very wide open, so you can easly clean it and dry it. It's easy to take water in from a stream and to fill a cooking pot to.
I like glasslike inner surface - there is no plastic taste. It's also easy to clean (I've left some Isostar for 2 weeks in it :-0 I wash it with clear water twice and it was clean!)
If you want only conatiner, look at Nalgene Widemouth Flexible Canteen:
http://www.nalgene-outdoor.com/store/detail.aspx?ID=1078
it's more platypus style, but with wide opening.

Excuse me my bad english :)

Buy a two-litre bottle of fizzy drink, or two one-litre bottles. Drink contents. Use bottles.

Don't clean them. When they need cleaning replace them.

If you are really mean, don't buy the drinks. Find a family with kids and scrounge the empty bottles from them.

Frum the Parsimonious.

My mate got a hold of some of these and they're pretty good for storage and with the valve you can drink out of them too.

Just a daft thought - the Camelbak Unbottle comes with an on-off tap as well as the bite-valve. Why not use it as a bladder strapped to your pack, then at camp just remove the bite-valve end-piece and use the on-off tap to fill your pots etc. via the tube...

Worth a thought?

Btw, I've got the 2-litre Unbottle and it's great, especially in winter with it's insulation.

I have a 2 litre Source bladder, it has a hose on it too, but what I do when camping is to rest it on the inner of the tent on the top, so the hose hangs down over one of the doors, this acts as a good little tap so I can just take my pan and squeeze the end thing and fill up the pan, this way its a hydration pack and tap for cooking all in one. I don’t know if your tent will have a relatively flat spot on it (well mine has a handy strap stopping it falling off), or if the tent will be sturdy enough to hold it. Plus my source thing has a tough outer, which is insulated so it wont go horribly warm like in those clear bags and full of bacteria (as there will be no light in it). And it’s covered in straps of sorts that you can put string through or other straps to secure it to whatever you like.

It works really well, I was looking at getting something like what your after until I had to go camping without it and found my combination works perfectly and saves on carrying extra stuff. And another bonus is that the source wide mouthed opening fits onto an MSR filter perfectly too. Really cant fault it

Edited: Said 'really can fault it' Duh
