Haglofs use Thermolite, it's okay but not as warm as Primaloft. Quite bulky, but good when it's wet.

I was away up in the lakes for 3 days this weekend just gone and it was horrendously cold. I'd been looking into one of these jackets for quite some time but hadn't quite made my mind up yet. Well this weekend did make my mind up... starting the friday night off in Braithwaite it was nearly -4.5 and I was freezing so saturday morning I cheekily popped off into Keswick before the other guys were ready to set off and purchased the Rab Photon Hoody and quickly made my way back to the others at the campsite so we could begin our wee venture. It came into it's own on saturday night in buttermere (-5) and Sunday night in Rsthwaite (-8). Not particularly happy at having to pay full whack for it (as I'd found it considerably cheaper online) but c'est la vie, it was well worth it
