The closest I've got to this was a free donar kebab on the windscreen of my car outside my flat just ready for Sunday morning breakfast.  Didn't fancy it though for some reason.

Is it better to leave it at a local police station than on your windscreen?

Was it a good whistle? A fox 40 perhaps, or a lifesystems thingy, maybe an ACME Thunderer (mark 1 of course).
