Does anyone know how to obtain spare Stove parts from MSR Corp?

I have tried the obvious and contacted their listed UK distributor (First Ascent) by e-mail (4 times in the past two weeks) with not even the courtesy of and acknowledgement let alone a solution.

I have tried the second obvious course and contacted MSR Corp direct by e-mail (2 emails to their "Info@" address and once to "customer serviced")  again no result.

All I want is to purchase a set of two seals for the remote cannister connector on a Wind Pro!!!!

Not the service I have experienced in the past.

Is this indicative of problems at MSR or is this the usual "customer services" these days?

Many thanks Dazz.

Nothing on their site but will contact them on Monday by phone.

You need the UK agents, who are First Ascent.

I have always spoken to a guy called Lesley who is very knowledgable and very helpful.

bit naff about the lack of response from First Ascent.. or MSR... I'm aware that emails I have sent to people recently from my hotmail account have been blocked/deleted by many of my friends email providers - so I wonder if they ever got them?

Thamks for all the comments.

Needlesports came up trumps when I spoke to them by phone.

Spares are on their way as we speak.

Cheers all for the advice.

Robin,

This thread was mentioned to me the other day so I thought Id do some investigation into it.

Having checked all of our mailboxes for the period around the beginning of November I can find no trace whatsoever of any incoming mail from yourself or about the O rings. Ive asked MSR in Seattle to check their mail for that period but as yet nothing has been found from you.

As Running Man says Hotmail accounts (if that is what you have) do seem to get regularly blocked by providers also a lack of relevant title on the email will get it sent to Spam.

I know that you got the O rings as I provided them to Trevor @Needlesports FOC for you, however if youd like to contact me on 01629 580 484 Id like to follow this up to see why  your mail has apparently been blocked so that such problems can be avoided in the future.

Regards Lindsay Abbotts(Warranty Manager, First Ascent)
