The launch of SkitiStop was very successful for us with great feedback. As the retailers themselves have only been told about it distribution channels are limited at the moment.

Unfortunately with retail as it is, and given the size of our range it is very difficult to ensure that all products are available to purchase at a specific store. Ranges even change amongst stores within the same chains. Always best to ring before hand. However, this is where the online retailers are scoring points because they can hold very large ranges of products and are normally in stock, we sell a lot of larger sizes (1litre and 5 litre) of TechWash and TX Direct through the online retailers. This is also the case for many manufacturers out there and is where traditional bricks and mortar retailers need to up their game amd embrace E-retailing as well.

With regards to the Paramo shop, they are like any other retailer and have systems in place for ordering new lines. They should have them in by the end of this week though.

i thought the paramo shop was yours i.e. owned by paramo? should you not ensure it is fully loaded with all the range? mm! not sure that sounded right. just a question. it's no great bother for me as i can pop in there anytime with only minor incovenience to my travel.

after all, only found out about the new product from this post.
