Meindl Boot sizes

Just bought a pair of Meindl Air revolution 3.1 online in a size 12 (I know, don`t buy boots online!!)

Tried them on, but just too small in length, pulled out the insole it says size 11&1/2 on the bottom, the box says 12, there is a small tab inside the boot that says 120.

So I dont know if I have a 11&1/2 or 12.

Anybody else got a pair they could check for me, to see if meindl fit inner soles half size smaller?

I can send the boots back no problem and Ill be ringing monday, to see if they can check other stock.

Thanks Pete C.

http://www.fieldandtrek.com/src/AffiliateFuture/sessionID/SGK/article-How-to-Get-the-Right-Sized-Footwear-tech_footwear_right_size.htm    These links here might well help out a bit there Peter!  All the sizes and size conversions are conveniently and most handily listed here for UK, European and also US sizes of walking boots and other associated outdoors footwear!

http://www.safariquip.co.uk/i_shoe_sizes.html    US/European/Japanese sizes here!

Hi Peter

The tab inside the boot indicates that they are indeed a size 12.  Its is not uncommon for the size of the insole to differ from the size of the boot slightly due to differences in size conversions.

Kind regards

 John

Rang the shop today, they confirmed they are a size 12, so the search continues for the perfect boot

Maybe 12&1/2 or 13.

Thanks for the responses
