I bought a Prolite 3 a while ago. Whilst inflated, it is far more comfortable than the Z-lite I used before, and worth the weight penalty to me (fwiw my Prolite 3 weighs 393g or nearly 10% more than they claim, sneaky buggers)

But the problem is I cannot seem to keep it up all night (yes yes, pun intended). I have checked it over carefully for leaks and can find none, not a bubble. But still it deflates over a few hours. I think the dam thing is just porous or something. Anyone else had this trouble?

Had the same prob with the Alpkit wee airic, had it in the bath many times trying to find a leak but to no avail .

Then a friend told me that the valves are prone to leaking so i sealed itup all around the hard plastic bit and more and it seems to have sorted the problem .

First i would see if you can get it replaced, but failing that go for the glue option.

Let us know how you get on .

If you're sure it deflates then send it back: Cascade have an excellent attitude to warranties and will deal with it.

(don't have a PL3 but have a couple of other T-rests and have never had any problem with a general porosity in 17 years of use).

Pete.
