I'd say G12's, but take your boots with you to shop/s when buying, trying on, to make sure they fit your boots properly, don't want crampon coming off when 'clinging on' at a crux move!!

You don't mention what your boots are, but you will need at least B2's. Anything less will be to flexible, HTMH h

Match crampons to boots you buy. Grivel's fit most boots, but make sure you get the best fit and don't 'worry' about 'brands'.

 As shop staff for advice/reccommenditions if in dougt, they can be very helpful.
