Think you will find a debate on here regarding Primaloft insulation and its longevity - seems to be mixed opinions but with a concensus is that it isnt very long (whether that is any worse than other fibres, I have no opinion because I havent seen any evidence one way or the other)
What will be more interesting is if one of the mainstream outdoor brands pick it up (TNF is very much premium/fashion lead IMHO) - RAB/ME for instance.
To be honest, there are so many alternatives (remember merino...best thing since sliced bread, except if its wet...or bamboo, last seen in TK Max) that unless it is a real step up, it'll just become a me too product or worse (GSB crampons)
