Oops! I forgot to say what I meant to before being distracted by MrS.
I don't know what all the fuss is about with Kahtoola microspikes stowage. They are pointed but not sharp and, just like Parky, I just keep them in the plastic bag they came in.
BTW, mine came in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box.
