Thats a typo in the title - it should say good buy...   Sorry about that.

I think I am in the market for a smaller reasonable quality tent.  The reasons for this are that I am thinking a smaller good quality tent (we current use a 4 man tent thats 2m tall, 4m long) would be warmer in cold weather and thus extend our camping season a bit.

To that end I've had a look around and the Vango Tempest 300 seems to fit the bill nicely and it would give us an option to use it for back packing should the mood take us.  I've seen that its had positive reviews in the past but would like to know if its still a good buy.  The best price I have found is at CCC (Go Outdoors) and its £99.99 and 10 mins from where I work.

If it helps it needs to sleep 2 but with a bit of space (3 man?), we predominantly car camp so weight isn't much of an issue and would like to start camping into winter time.
