I'm in the process of kitting out my college's walking and climbing club, we're on quite a tight budget which I'm trying to stretch as far as possible while still getting products of an acceptable quality.

We need a couple of sleeping bags which will be used infrequently, probably in summer time in scotland etc., in case people don't have their own or as a spare if people forget/loose theirs. Options I've come across are

Snugpak Traveller extreme and Travelpak lite (both about 25-35 quid)

Gelert Pioneer 700/1000 and X-treme Lite 600 (again about 25-35 quid, though I can't seem to find temperature ratings for any of the gelert bags, ideas anyone?)

or the slightly more expensive

Mountain Equipment Starlight 1 (known quality, can be had for 45 quid)

or Ayucucho solar 200/300 (never heard of this brand but specs seem ok and we get discount at cotswold so only about 30-40 quid)

So would anyone recommend any of these? or suggestions of any other good value alternatives?
