I've been looking at this pack for a while after seeing it on offer, and I can find no user reviews on the net. Does anyone here have it or have any thoughts about it? I mainly want it for backpacking but will take it out winter climbing/rock climbing if I find it's durable enough. The OMM villain and Golite packs just seem a little too 'thin' for the kind of abuse it might receive at my hands.
The Berghaus Arete 45l also caught my eye at half the price (£50) but I used my g/f's for a 2 night camping trip and found it to be absolutely rammed to the top, so at I thought I'd better go for a slightly larger volume.
well, it's a very similar fabric to the larger Omm packs and Golite Jam/Pinnacle/Peak range -dyneema gridstop - so the actual fabric shouldn't be any more robust.
All I can say about the Zepton is that if you are tall and slim the hip belt may not be much use! DW and I (both 32" waist and 6'/6'2") tried a size large on in George Fisher, and the hip belt wouldn't cinch tight enough on either of us due to it's design. The designer obviously decided that moderately tall blokes aren't skinny!
