In 4 months I'm going to travel to northern Norway. At winter, I'll organise some extreme trekking trips. Temperatures below 20 minus often occur at that place.

Therefore, it'll be wise to buy a decent sleeping bag. I compare the next two bags:

1. Ajungilak Tyin 5-Season -12/-20/-41 2600g €255,90
2. Nordisk GORMSSON XP -13/-21/-44 3500g €206,91

According to many reviews, the Ajungilak sleeping bag is a good one. But I have never found any review about the Nordisk sleeping bag. The Nordisk is 50 euros cheaper and more attractive to me as a 17-year-old schoolboy.

Might someone give advice?

They both have similar temperature ranges, for 50 euros you might be grateful for the weight saving, 900g is significant.

i have got an adjungilak-----an older model but similar to the tyin----the packed size is huge compared to my down bag-----have you thought about down??----regards lr

Often below -20... it seems to me these bags won't suffice with comfort temps around -13. The -20 rating is the zone where things get not soo comfy anymore in these bags (the transition zone). The -40 is the borderzone were you will survive but will probably not sleep a single minute for the cold your experiencing
