Nearly all suncreams, lotions etc you buy in the shops contains chemicals and phaletes. There is a lot of research out there to suggest that the very stuff we are putting on our bodies to protect against the sun and prevent cancer etc could be the very thing causing it.

I would suggest that you try natural coconut oil as an alternative as it prevents sunburn reasonably effectively and contains none of these petro chemicals, phaletes and pharmaceuticals.

Getting too little natural sun for our bodies can increase our risk of getting cancer and other diseases than getting too much sun IMHO. Sunlight and the vitamin D we obtain from it is essential for our bodies. Vitamin K is also another essential vitamin that many of us get too little of. The best way to get your vitamin D dose is to go full nudie style in the sun and let your body absorb it.

IJ, don't know about "full nudie style", you might get arrested!! or scare the bejezzes out of people .

You are right that the sun is the best source of Vit. D and are bodies can store it for when we don't get any, during the winter for example. But we can only store so much and if not 'topped up' when we can you can easily become defencient, which can cause problems.
