short story: Any suggestions for B1 / B2 leather boots which come in a size 13? The only ones I can see are the scarpa SLs but cant find anyone with size 13s in stock. I'm in Cambridge, work in London fairly often.

long story: I spend most of the year in innov8 boots or shoes, but my 40th b'day present from the Mrs was 4 weekend passes to go to the cairngorms this winter (with the first one being a 'winter skills' course), so I think I need to upgrade to something that'll take crampons.
Have just taken my old Meindl boots out for a bit of a local stroll and I swear my feet have grown over this year (I'm 40....) - my toes were definitely hard up against the ends, wouldnt have fancied coming down off a hill at the end of the 4 hours, luckily I live near Cambridge so it wasnt a problem
I'd rather have leather boots, but I guess some synthetic ones would be OK if they werent too brightly coloured..
Altberg do a B1 leather boot, I think called the Mallerstang, in big sizes, and Meindl also do a lot of their boots in big sizes. I used to have a B2 Meindl boot called the Supercrack in 12.5 and I'm sure it was available in even bigger. There should be some stockists for both brands in your area.
