Don't forget that when you buy a Tilley Hat, you never need to buy another one as long as you live. They stand by their "lifetime guarantee". That's not to say you'll never be able to wear a Tilley Hat to shreds, but if/when you do, you just send it back and they give you another one free of charge. There's a further built-in deal too. If you lose your Tilley Hat, you just tell them, and they'll let you have another one half-price. Any other hat manufacturers do that? Nope... I didn't think so!

By the way, if you lose your Tilley guarantee, just ring them up and they'll tell you where you've put it!  'S true... another amazing Tilley fact!  How do they do it?

Well... when you get your Tilley Hat, the guarantee slip tells you to put it safely away in the top left-hand drawer of your dresser. So... if you can't remember where you put it... you just ring them and they'll tell you "It's in the top left-hand drawer of your dresser!"

I have a Tilley LT5 hat and it has worked for me in the rain, in the sun and on the trail. It is the only brimmed hat I will use, now. My Akubra has been retired,
