I was after a new pair of Columbia Sawtooth approach shoes as my old pair were getting a bit battered after two years near constant use.

Went round the Birmingham outdoor gear shops looking for a pair, no joy, usual excuses (we dont do Columbia, they've stopped making those bla bla)

Found the Mountain Zone website. Web site was down. Looked up a pair online, ordered them from the store (site problems), bloke I spoke to couldnt have been more helpful, delivered (free) in 24 hours.

Thought I'd post this as I think this store (Mountain Zone) really deserves a pat on the back
