 Peter Storm Men's Tech Shirt currently £18.75 Not tried it, but it looked interesting, if a bit 'nylon'. Wasn't sure of the zipped chest pockets, either. I have an old LA Wilderness shirt, too... For warm weather, I think I'd prefer polycotton or polymodal to nylon. Depending on the type of nylon, of course; some are softer than others.
