I bought a jacket from Aldi's for £20.00, complete with fleece, and it has been alright.

Does anyone know anything about this Crane Sports"? Do they have they're own website or do they jus deal with Aldi's?

As far as I know Cranesports gear is only sold by Aldi in the UK. There is a VERY limited website www.cranesports.de which seems to be them.

I have bought quite a few items of Crane Sports clothing from Aldi and it is fantastic, got 2 short sleeve baselayers and 2 long sleeve baselayers today for a total of £20. My friend swears by there stuff and it appears to be very hard wearing which when you take into account the price is amazing !!

i ve been using their stuff for a while and so far they have not let me down i go mountain walking in the lake district and since ive been wrapped in crane sports gear the cold wind and rain are no longer an issue these very good value and good quality clothing is a must have in the bags of campers hikers and walkers. what you get with crane is high market quality for low high street prices, i compare them with berghaus and north face and find they are just as good as the expensive alternatives.

Strange that the last five posters on this thread have all made just the one post

I have used their walking socks and found them to be comfortable and very good value for the money. No I have NOT been paid to say this.

I wish someone would pay me for saying nice things about them. Even better if I were paid by a manufacturer to say nasty things though! That would be even more better in fact in my book - and would lead to far more honest appraisals of the cheap kit. As some of it is just rather awful I really feel!I wasn't paid by them to be honest and say that here though either!

I use a lot of their cycling and walking gear. Their gear is pretty good.
