Approach shoes with wide toe, narrow heel

Those of you who read other threads will have seen my confession that I have the upper body of an ape. I also have problems down below...

Any suggestions for a short list of trail/approach shoes that are wide fronted but narrow heeled. Boot wise I've found Hi-Tec okay, but in lower cut shoes I'm wondering whether the heel might move more. The credit card is crying out to me and it's past sandal wearing time.

Thanks

Hedgehope - I thought you'd sneaked a photo of my feet for a minute - they're pretty much the same proportions...

Almost forgot - need to come in a 12 (well okay occasionally I can get away with an 11.5, and I've also found 13's that are too small...)

Thanks Parky,

I'll give them a try. I tried a pair of Karrimor the other lunchtime and had the normal loose heel, tight toes problem...

The Meindl don't look too much like fashion trainers either. I'd prefer a proper leather upper rather than Fabric and suede but no one seems to sell them at the moment...

After spending my lunch-hour with an extremely patient man in Field and Trek (Kush - Canterbury) who measured my feet and confirmed that yes my feet are both large, wide at the front and narrow at the heel I ended up with a pair of Meindl's. I loved the feel of one of the Saloman's at the front, but to get it to fit the front the heel didn't hold at all...
