I'm thinking of buying some Tracklogs maps and I wanted to know if there was anyone out there who can tell me how this software rates alongside say, Memory Maps.

you need to do a search on this - especially memory map.
some like it & some hate it because it has been a source of immense agrravation and frustration (i used to use mm until i finally got so pissed off with it i switched to tracklogs). whereas most people like tracklogs.
i don't know what mm's new version is like.
tracklogs v3 is good - but then i'm biased.

but then again, anquet may suit your purpose.

Download the demos and try each for yourself. I am a Tracklogs user (I blame Parky) and have never regretted my choice. Oh and Tracklogs are nice people to talk to and do business with.

Ditto on the tracklogs votes, however, that was when I used a Garmin Etrex.

I now use a PDA/bluetooth GPS combination and have to use MM as Tracklogs don't give you the option of realtime live mapping !

New version of Anquet out next week - might be worth hanging on to see how it turns out?
